Shipping, Customs & Delivery
For orders within Spain, we offer 24H – 48H Express Delivery. If you order before our cutoff time, you can expect next-day arrival.
For EU countries (France, Germany, Italy, etc.), delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days via our courier partners like DHL and Correos.
If you are in the EU: NO. Since we ship from Barcelona, your order is a local European shipment. You pay €0 customs duties and face no border delays. Non-EU International: Customs policies vary by country.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping times range from 7 to 14 business days depending on your location.
Once your order is dispatched from our Barcelona warehouse, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number. You can use this to see exactly where your package is.
